I did a treadmill test at the doctors’ today. Didn’t do as well as I would hope; they didn’t find anything abnormal but I was only able to stay on there for 5 minutes which indicates that I am somewhat out of shape….
I have let things slide too much and now must get back on track: loose weight, do not neglect to take my BP pills, stop it with the over the counter decongestants, get enough sleep, loose weight, cut the salt and caffeine, exercise more which is to say 30 minutes x 5 days per week….
Let’s get to it !!
