I was moderately busy at work today and did well with my fitness program. I walked 60 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes at lunch time, and did a 50 minute bike ride in the park after work. All in all, a good day...

I missed my walks and blew my diet today. But all is not lost; Sweetous bought a Wii today and we were using it to do various exercises. I did 21 minutes and I did get a good "huff" going. I will use the Wii more, it's a good device.

A lack of daily physical activity can lead to obesity, a major factor in developing type 2 diabetes - stand up and step away from the computer ! That is something I need to be constantly vigilante to make sure I get enough exercise. From what I read I can see I'm not alone.

After work we went bike riding for an hour and now I am tired ! We saw three deer whilst riding and numerous chipmunks and such. No copperheads LOL ! I think it would be cool to see one provided we don't surprise one another.
